Who pays the fees
Fees are built into the all-in price the buyer sees and pays, but Tickeri never says whether an organizer may pay the fee themself, out of the ticket price instead.
Now the price that you see is what you pay. All fees included.
Card processing
Cards are processed by Braintree or Tickeri's own card processor, and the rate is never published, only called a service charge.

All-in price at checkout
Event listings, seat selection and checkout all show the full fee-inclusive price, following the FTC rule of May 12, 2025.
Event Listings: Customers now see the full "all-in" ticket price (including fees) directly on the event page before selecting seats.
Fees on refunds
When an event is canceled Tickeri refunds the order including the ticketing fees, and organizer-canceled orders are refunded in full within 15 minutes.
If an event is canceled and you purchased your tickets on our platform, Tickeri will refund your order including any ticketing fees within 7 days.

When you get the money
Money is held until the event has passed: direct deposit lands three to five business days after the event date, and no payout fee is published.

Door sales
Cash or direct door sales are recorded with the Offline Ticket tool so the guest gets a digital ticket, but no door-sale fee or card terminal is described.
