The fee per ticket
Published non-US country tables use a 4.9 percent per-ticket fee plus a local fixed amount.

Who pays the fees
Peatix deducts paid-ticket fees from the organizer payout while buyers pay only the ticket price.
Peatix will collect the ticket payments and makes the payout (minus ticketing fee) to you after event ended.
Card processing
Peatix includes payment processing in its paid-ticket fee rather than listing it separately.

Peatix says buyers pay the ticket price only, without an additional booking fee.

Peatix states that events containing only free tickets incur no fees for organizers.

Fees on refunds
Canceled events refund purchased tickets, but Japan convenience-store payment fees are not returned.
For tickets paid via convenience store/ATM payment, a payment fee of 330 JPY per order will not be refunded to the ticket buyers.
Plans and subscriptions
Peatix states that its organizer service has no monthly fee, rather than a monthly platform plan.

When you get the money
Peatix holds ticket revenue until the event ends, then pays out within five business days.

Your buyers’ details
Organizers receive attendee names by default and can collect email addresses through event forms.
If you wish to obtain information other than the attendee's name (in Kana if Japanese name), such as email address, you will need to set up a form
Ticket types and discounts
Organizers can create multiple ticket types, set quantities, schedule early-bird sales, and use discount codes.

Questions at checkout
Peatix forms appear during ticket ordering and support required custom questions and answer choices.
Once the form is set up, it will appear as a "survey" in the attendee's order pipeline after they select their tickets.
Online events
Online-event pages provide a Watch Stream page with embedded or linked external streaming access.
a Watch Stream page is generated for you to share the stream and event instructions with the attendees.
Sell on your own website
Organizers can embed a ticketing widget on an external website or blog for purchase access.
After you have published an event, you can embed a widget on your website or blog.
Website builders
embed only: Peatix supplies HTML for a configurable ticketing widget on external websites or blogs.
Copy the HTML code and prepare to paste it into the code of your website.
Recurring events
Peatix offers recurring events, but the feature is currently limited to physical events.
Recurring event feature is currently only available for physical events.
Refunds and transfers by buyers
Ticket transfers are enabled by default, while buyers cannot cancel tickets by themselves.
By default, ticket transfer is enabled.
Listed where buyers browse
Eligible public events appear in Peatix Search, the platform's event discovery service, in specified markets.
Peatix also helps you get the word out for your group and events through our group/event discovery platform "Peatix Search".
Email to buyers
Buyers can follow a group during purchase and followers receive new-event notification emails.
Can receive automated "new event publish notification email" and "72 hours before event notification email" from Peatix.

Free-ticket-only events cost organizers nothing, while Peatix charges a fee on paid-ticket sales.
We will charge a ticketing fee only for the sale of paid tickets.
Sign up without a sales call
Organizers can create an account, publish an event, and begin ticket sales without sales contact.
After the event page is published, you can start promoting your event and immediately start selling tickets.
