Who pays the fees
The buyer pays the convenience fee by default, but the organizer can instead pay the fee from ticket proceeds.
The convenience fee is charged to the guests by default, but if you wish to bear the expense, then you may do so.
Card processing
Organizers connect their own Stripe or PayPal account, so the processor’s separate rate applies rather than an AllEvents card rate.
You can start your ticket sales by connecting your Stripe/PayPal account and receive instant payments on every ticket you sell.
Free events
The vendor states its one-dollar convenience fee applies to paid events, so its published platform fee does not apply to free events.
We only charge $1 per ticket from attendees as a convenience fee in case of paid events.
When you get the money
Stripe and PayPal sales route money directly at purchase, while the vendor describes a two-to-five-business-day post-event timing for INR.
You can connect your PayPal/Stripe account with your event. At the transaction time, we directly route the money from the Ticket Buyer’s account to…
Ticket types and discounts
Organizers can create multiple ticket types, early-bird options, and discount codes; the page does not specifically describe group-ticket pricing.
You can create multiple ticket types for VIP or early bird tickets. Also, you can create discount codes that can be used during checkout.
Reserved seating
The reserved-seating service provides interactive charts where attendees choose seats, but the vendor team creates the map after an organizer shares layouts.
Attendees can easily select their desired seats through the interactive seating chart and book tickets quickly.
Questions at checkout
Custom registration forms collect organizer-selected inputs, including attendee-specific information such as a shirt size or topic preference.
You can create tailored registration forms to collect inputs like t-shirt size for your marathon or topic preferences for your educational seminar.
